E-Mail Forwarders simply allow you to automatically forward e-mail sent to one account to another account. This is useful when you work at two separate locations, or have gone on holiday. It is also a great feature if you want to send multiple copies of received mail to various mailboxes. For example, when someone sends and e-mail to your sales staff, that e-mail could then be forwarded to your various sales people.
